The hotel rooms are very spacious, and the cleaning was excellent. I loved the hotel and will definitely come back soon. The pictures on your website suggested correctly with 2 double beds for 2 adults and my 3 children, but there were some issues from a slightly dirty pool to a horrible bathroom size.

The service needs to be more courteous, especially regarding early check-ins and late check-outs. However, the customised South Indian food was excellent, and the housekeeping team, including Mr Mukesh, Mr Sanjay, Chef Mr Sunil Menon, and Mr Asad Ahmed, provided great service during my stay.

The hotel is prominently located close to the airport and accessible to shopping complexes and malls that have sprung up nearby. However, the in-house maintenance is poor, but exceptional service was provided by Preshit upon arrival and Rati during breakfast.
